This simple seed stitch hot water bottle cover is the perfect thing to keep your toes warm and cozy. The all over seed stitch pattern creates a pleasing texture, and really shows off the Donegal tweed bits in City Tweed HW. The pattern is written with the option to knit regular or twisted seed stitch, for whichever you prefer. The cover is cinched with an i cord tie which is threaded through yarn over eyelets the top of the hot water bottle cover.
