A blouse in a combination of lattice stitch and rib, with slightly dropped shoulders.

The blouse is worked top-down. First, stitches are cast on at the neck and short rows are worked in rib to shape the neckline, while increases are made on the shoulders. Subsequently, it is worked in the round in rib, continuing with increases on the shoulders.

When the shoulders have the final width, the back piece is put on hold, while the front piece is worked back and forth, with decreases at the armholes. Then lattice stitch is worked to the bottom of the armholes.

The back piece is worked in the same way to the bottom of the armholes.

The work is joined and the body is worked in the round in lattice stitch and finished with rib at the bottom.

A simple crocheted chain edge is worked at the neckline.

The sleeves are worked one at a time. Stitches are knitted up along the armhole and rib is worked in the round, with decreases along the inside of the sleeve.
