I originally wanted to include a circular blanket/shawl in this collection, but as I started thinking about how little I wear my circular and semi-circular shawls, I decided to put on my thinking cap and come up with a shape that could be worked in rounds, show off some great shaping, and still be long enough to wrap up in. The oval-shaped Quilo was born. This large, heavy stole combines classic colorwork and contemporary shaping to create a truly unique accessory for cold winter months. Color stranding provides and extra layer of wool that boosts the stole’s warmth while showcasing the oval construction.
