A cabled, hooded, button-front cardigan to keep you warm on those crisp autumn days, or to be worn indoors during the winter. Rachel and Ilene are exactly the same, with the exception of the cable pattern.

Knit from the top-down, with raglan increases. Sleeves placed on stitch holders, while the body is knit in one continuous piece on circular needles. The sleeves are then knit flat and seamed at the underarm. The hood is knit from picked-up stitches from the neckline cast on stitches, and seamed across the top of the head. A tassle can be attached to the point of the hood. Seed stitch is used to create the bottomband, buttonbands, and as a border around the opening of the hood.

Charts are included to help in centering the cable pattern on the fronts, sleeves and back.
