There is nothing like a group of girlfriends getting together in support of their favorite cause. Together, they can do anything they set their mind to do. In this case, the girls of Girlfriends Knitting have set their minds to walking/running 5K’s in support of the American Heart Association. As we race to improve our own heart health, we run in memory of the friends and love ones that have struggled with heart disease.

This pattern includes both toe-up and top-down instructions.
