This is a reverse stockinette stitch with a twisted rib. It’s great for self striping yarn but could be used with any type of fingering weight yarn. The size is knitted in a 64 stitch sock but easily adaptable to a smaller or larger size by increasing the pattern stitch by 8 stitches. This is a great potato chip design, enough to keep you interested but not having to check the pattern constantly.

This only takes one skein of sock yarn.
