OVERVIEW
Written instructions are the same for right-hand knitting unless otherwise stated. The cardigan is worked bottom-up with 2 strands of DK yarn, held together. It’s a raglan V neck design, with pockets, buttons and cable front bands. It’s in 3 sizes, S1, S2, S3. And where instructions differ, the 3 sizes are separated by forward slashes.

APPROX MEASUREMENTS in INCHES
Back and Front Width, below armholes:
S1 = 18½ in
S2 = 20½ in
S3 = 22½ in

GAUGE
4 sts = 1 in, measured over stockinette st, using S5½ mm needles.

MATERIALS
Approx 8-10 x 100g skeins of DK yarn (with 2 strands held together throughout). Use any color combination. You’ll also need S5 mm (8US/6UK), and S5½ mm (9US/5UK) straight needles, st holders and/or spare needles, 8 buttons, yarn needle, scissors, tape measure, CN.
