Looking through vintage pattern books brings joy to my heart. When ever I seen a lacy one that had such waves of crochet that stood on its own my heart would then leap with joy. It took me awhile, however I put my special little twist I am known for on it.

This 2D -3D ish pattern is about 16 inches across featuring little skulls in the center round that can slightly pick up their heads if you allow them. Following that are full skulls that seem to be raising from their place from this piece. Raising the Dead is just that, we now have them coming alive with life in this frilly piece. The best part is, not much starch will be needed to help these wonders of death stand.

There are lots of photos and notes to help you along this creepy path as you raise them up. Don’t worry if you pay attention to the count you will help lots of them rise ! Don’t let this pattern scare you !
