Rala-hat is worked in the round from the brim up. The adult sizes have a slouchy fit, the smaller sizes are more fitted. You can use fingering doubled instead of worsted wt yarn.

Finished measurements

Body finished circumference 30 (32.75, 40, 43.5, 47.25, 51) cm/ 11.75 (13, 15.75, 17, 18.5, 20) inches.
Height approximately 14 (16, 19, 21, 23, 23) cm/ 5.5 (6.25, 7.5, 8.25, 9, 9) inches.

Yarn

45-100 g of dk or worsted weight yarn, app. 201 m (220 yds) per 100 g in 4 colours, 8 (10, 10, 15, 15, 15) g of MC and 6 (6, 8, 10, 10, 15) g of each CC.

The samples were knitted with Nordic Yarn Eco Cashmere, (100% Cashmere, 150 m/ 164 yds per 50 g).

Needles & notions

3.75 mm/ US 5 and 4.5 mm/ US 7 (80 cm/ 32 inches or longer for magic loop) circular needle, or set of DPNs or size to obtain gauge
markers, tapestry needle for weaving in ends
