Rambla is named for a wide promenade that hugs the shore in Montevideo, Uraguay (the home of Malabrigo Yarns). Lacey with a zigzag panel along each side, these socks offer abundant style with minimal knitting effort — all the shaping occurs within the side panel. The lace continues to the toe, creating a fetching pair of stockings that are perfect for stepping out.

This pattern is available for individual sale or as part of Beyond the Sea, a collection of six designs inspired by the sea. The eBook includes two sweaters; a shawlette; a convertible shawl that can be worn as a shrug, a vest, or a stole; and a cowl. These patterns are suitable for year-round wear.
