This pattern will be most striking if you choose a yarn that has one color visually pops out. The idea is to make the bobble whenever the color is ready to be worked, wherever it turns up! It’s kind of fun to see where they come out!

You can pick any worsted weight yarn that has enough of one color to make a bobble, but not too much- between about 10 and 20 inches works best. You can make the bobble just big enough to use up the color. Several bobble sizes are included in the pattern so that you can choose the one that works best for your yarn.
