Ratas Fair Isle Cowl
RATAS Fair Isle Cowl is inspired by a traditional knitting motif from Hiiumaa, Estonia — the «tõllarattakiri», or carriage wheel pattern. «Ratas» means «wheel» in Estonian — a symbol of life’s rhythm, movement and continuity.
The pattern comes as a PDF with written instructions, charts and photos which you can download immediately after the payment. It prints onto A4 or US Letter paper.
This is easy level knitting pattern; the following skills are required: Cast on, Knit, Purl, Circular Knitting, Color Knitting, Bind-Off. All measurements are given in US and metric. Cowl is knitted in one piece. Furthermore full pattern support is available by message or email.
