But for now:
Ratty is knitted as one piece - very similar to the Mouse in Sweater pattern in construction.

Yarn-wise - it’s important to note that although I’ve used Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk which is listed as an aran - I’m suggesting to use any DK yarn - the brushed alpaca I personally think knits as a DK weight so that’s why I’m mentioning it.

His little jumper and jodhpurs are likewise knitted in DK yarn and both clothes and rat are similar in gauge.

You’ll also need either 4mm or 6mm (I used 6mm) toy eyes - the kind that is readily available on Etsy and Ebay.
