Knitrino is a newly launched tech start-up created by two sisters and we publish interactive patterns. Knitrino is like Google Maps for knitting patterns: Click a stitch to see how to do it, highlight your current place, track your progress step by step, see charts in your yarn colors, see only your size, and more. Knitrino’s goal is to make knitting more accessible, and to help people grow into the knitters they aspire to be! This innovative app is for knitters longing for better pattern usability and navigation using small screens. There is no PDF associated with this pattern. It is available in both iOS and Android, download at:

About the Sweater
This top will bask you in that special glow that comes with making something simply beautiful. This size-inclusive sweater has an engaging lace yoke that radiates outward to cover the shoulders in a delicate embrace. And with its cropped length and short sleeves, you’ll love the low yardage requirements, no matter your size! Knit from the top down with slightly puffed sleeves, this will fly off your needles. We agree with Paula about this fit: “The style is what I like to call, a “petite boxy” shape, where the body has a certain amount of positive ease, but not as much as a traditional boxy top, with fitted yoke. It’s one of my favorite styles, because it dresses beautifully in any body type!”

Fits bust sizes ranging from 28-64” (see photos for details) Also we still need testers for bust 60” and 64” please contact us.

We have kits!
Paula chose one of our favorite yarns from @purlsoho Linen Quill a blend of fine wool, alpaca, and linen that’s “windswept and elegant, hearty and beautiful” and perfect for this sweater! We have a limited number of kits available in three color choices, rosewood Pink, Eggshell Blue, and Oatmeal Gray. And when you buy the kit, you’ll also get to earn your badge in the form of a matching enamel pin!

Join Our KAL
In everything we do, we want you to have a community that supports you, celebrates you, and encourages you. So every pattern purchase comes with an invitation to join the Cast On Party on September 8th at 6pm EDT (GMT -4) plus our Sweater KAL in the Knitrino Slack Community where you can share photos and make new friends.

What new Knitrino knitters are saying:

Keeping track and following a pattern in Knitrino is effortless in a way I didn’t know I was missing till I had it. (Wendy)

I am also super impressed with Knitrino. I thought working from an app would feel cumbersome, but instead it has made my usual pattern placekeeping system on paper seem cumbersome. (McKenzie)

I’ve always been a paper pattern knitter and I really liked using the app and being able to keep track. Note keeping in the app is so easy. I like that each note posts with the current date without me having to check. (Kim)

Knitrino Community
As a part of every Knitrino KAL you’ll be invited to a live Zoom cast on (and we will get you started in Knitrino) and a group chat on Slack. It is a small group and welcoming space where you’ll make new friends and feel like Annie:

The Knitrino community is hands down the best

We know Knitrino isn’t for everyone. We are a small indie production of quality, curated patterns, like a magazine. You cannot import PDFs (there are good tools for this already). Because of the nature of our interactive tools each pattern is lovingly built by us and takes countless hours to create. We are aiming to uplift the creative work of indie designers and pay them generously upfront, about twice what most magazines pay. Please reach out to us with any questions support@knitrino.com
