This pattern uses a few special techniques to make the base of the basket solid and strong and the sides straight and not soft and floppy like many crochet baskets.

SKILL LEVEL : Upper beginner

MATERIALS : Chunky cotton/acrylic yarn approx 155 yards / 140 metres
5-5.5 mm crochet hook
Scissors
Tapestry needle
