This is a simple, yet versatile pouch pattern that is suitable for 4 ply, double knit, light worsted, or worsted yarns. There is no yardage or hook size listed as the quantities are small (maybe around 10g). Hook size should match the yarn you are using.

The simple pouch is a long rectangle, folded. I have included two shape options. I have also included plain stitch instructions, and a specific crochet lace version presented in a crochet diagram.

Options are suggested for finishing, including ways to join the seam, and ways to add elastic or ties.
