The new Reeves shawl is a pretty and also really quick knit.
The bottom edge shows off a gorgeous lace border, the body of the shawl is done in relaxing stockinette stitch and a contrasting top edge which is knitted with a rich, thick worsted weight yarn to stand out and add a striking finish, which will lend a great look when you style your shawl.

The pattern is fully written and includes a lace chart for the bottom border. The blocked shawl measures 48” in length and 12.5” in height.

Yarn
C1- Pebbles skein, 180 yards with 3 strands and in mostly as many colors. Two strands in a thick and thin cotton and one in a smooth lace weight cotton make up each skein.
C2 - Recycled, 15 yards in a worsted weight yarn.

Notions
US size 17 (12 mm) circular needle 36”
(90 cm) in length.
Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.

Gauge
7 sts and 12 rows in 4” of stockinette stitch.

Techniques applied
Knitting, purling, slipping stitches, lace bind off, yarn changes, weaving in ends and blocking for best results.
