The doll is about 8 in (20 cm) long when using worsted weight yarn with a 3.5 mm hook

You can use the same pattern to make smaller or larger toys by using finer or bulkier yarn. I used worsted weight 100% acrylic yarn with 8 mm safety eyes. Yarn is Big Twist Value from Joann. Color names are in the pattern.
