Yes, the pattern is indeed $5,000 from now until December 2015. :-) It’s an exclusive design for Dragonfly Fibers so the price is set at that because only Club Dragonfly members can get the pattern until Nov. 2015. Sorry, folks! I upload it on Rav and send them a code to download the pattern for free as a courtesy for the members.

Regia: (Spanish; adjective): terrific; regal; splendid
1. Royal, regal, kingly.
2. Stately, sumptuous, magnificent.

Because when you wear this cowl, you will certainly feel regal and magnificent, not to mention WARM! I have always wanted a cowl that did more than just cover my neck, but I didn’t want it to look like a traditional dickey. I experimented with designs and structures until I came up with a cross between a cowl and a shawl. Regia is a
double-layered cowl with an optional asymmetrical applied edging that hugs your shoulders to provide extra warmth. Wear it under a jacket with the deepest part of the shawl covering your chest or wear it over a jacket sideways for an elegant look.

Finished measurements: 24” circumference at widest outside
section of cowl; 21” circumference at widest inside section of cowl; 18”
circumference at elastic; Cowl length: 6.5”; Cowl with shawl edging length at longest section: 19”.

This design is exclusive for Dragonfly Fibers Club Dragonfly members until December 2015. Join the club for access to more gorgeous, exclusive designs and scrumptious yarn!
