Rejehop is an 80’s inspired cropped sweater, knitted with fine hand dyed mohair

Rejehop is knitted from the bottom up. First, knit a relatively tight rib using DUO and 4 mm needles, then change to size 8 mm needles and mohair - resulting in a larger circumference. The sweater is worked in the round until divided into a front and back piece at the armholes, then the pieces are knitted flat. At the neckline the stitches are placed on a stitch holder, and later a rib is knitted using DUO. The pattern is easy, and there are no special techniques used.

Gauge: 10 stitches / 10 cm on 8 mm needles using mohair. 22 stitches/ 10 cm on 4 mm needles using DUO

Needle size: 4 & 8 mm

Breast measurement: 160 cm

Waist measurement (ribbing): 72 cm

Length: 48 cm – Red Version is 6 cm longer than the multicolored version on the frontpage (54 cm).

Size: Onesize – but It is easy to customize the size on Rejehop. If you want less or more ease around the waist, you can use a smaller/ bigger needle for the ribbing. If you want a smaller sweater, you can use a smaller needle for the mohair part.

Yarn: Mohair from Handdyed 200 m/ 100 g (200 g) and Sandnes DUO 124 m/ 50 g. (50 g).
