This pattern is available for free.

Both the Tank and Pants are worked from the top down. The Tank begins worked flat to shape the neck and shoulders and is then joined and worked in the round, while the Pants are worked entirely in the round. A smaller needle and gauge than recommended on the ball band is used for this project to keep the Pants sturdy and able to hold their shape without stretching or becoming see through. If you prefer a looser fabric with more drape, Cotton Fair Sport can be substituted at the same gauge listed in the pattern.
