This top will have about 10cm/4in of negative ease making it a form fitting top. The fabric will expand with blocking and wear. I recommend choosing a size approximately 10cm/4in smaller than your bust measurement for a snug fit. If you prefer a looser top, you can size up or use a larger needle size.

Sample is size small, model has a bust of 86cm/34inches and is 5’11/180cm

Needles:
3mm circular needles in 80-100cm length for the body
2.5mm circular needles in 40-60cm for the ribbed trim
