This is a Stickärmaliv. It’s a traditional swedish garment from folk costumes. The bodice is made from woven fabric and is sewn while the sleeves are knitted and then sewn onto the bodice.

Construction
The sleeves are knit from the hand up starting with a latvian braid. Increases are made along the sleeve while knitting colorwork.
The sleeve cap is knit with steek stitches and then cut open.
