This is a Manual for experienced sock knitters. With it you can knit socks of which the sole is knitted separately (can be done in another yarn, with or without reinforcement technique, depending on your taste). The sample sock on the picture is knitted with a different color for the sole, so the renovation sock ‘system’ is easy to see. When working in the same yarn, the sock looks like any other ‘normal’ sock.
I decided to write down the way I make the Renovation sock for you and I added a few Sock Tips & Trics I use.
