This is a pattern for a c2c (corner to corner) blanket/bedspread. It can be made with a standard or modified c2c method.

Skill level: basic crochet skills and knowledge of C2C with colour changes.

This pattern includes the base design and a modified larger version which adds additional white on the sides for a bed drape.

The pattern includes:
Main size:

  • a single page colour chart
  • a 9 page colour chart
  • a row by row written pattern
  • a row by row colour block pattern

Modified larger size:

  • a single page colour chart
  • a 12 page colour chart
  • a row by row written pattern
  • a row by row colour block pattern

This sample was made using Paintbox Yarns Cotton DC in 4 colours using a 4.00mm hook (G). This thinner cotton yarn results in a thinner but heavier blanket which I find super cozy. For a lighter feel try the Paintbox Yarns Simply DK yarn (Acrylic) or alternate DK size yarn.

The finished main project is approximately 68” x 95”. The larger version is approximately 86” x 95”. Swatch 4” x 4” = 8.8 squares x 8.8 squares using the modified c2c method (5 chain, 3 dc). This graph can be made with any colours, c2c method, or yarn with final size adjusting accordingly.
