It will work beautifully with all kinds of yarn, but I used:
Sport weight yarn, I used 6 balls Durable Cosy Extra Fine (180 m/ 50 g), 3 balls per color: 203 Light pink and 2210 Caramel.
Crochet hook 3 mm

Finished measurements: 180 cm x 33 cm or 71 x 13 inch, but the measurements are easy to adjust.
