This shawl was created one day while I was playing around with lines, folds, and shapes in my sketchbook. It has a bit of origami magic influence and the best part? It’s all knit in one piece and magically opens at the end!

Reverb is a perfect piece to get those fade sets out and make a high-impact shawl! It uses some simple increases, decreases, a stripe pattern, and a texture stitch to blend all of it together into a gorgeously graphic shawl to rock out!

Size: 110 in/280 cm along the top edge; 22 in/55 cm along the center of the shawl. Shawl size may vary, depending on individual knitter’s gauge, yarns used, and blocking preferences. (Note: Measurements do not include fringe!)

Recommended yarn: 7 colors of Fingering weight yarn in a fade/gradient sequence of six colors and a contrast color. Solid/Speckle/Semi-solid/Tonal yarns work amazingly for this piece!

Sample Used: Hedgehog Fibres Sock (90% Merino/10% Nylon; 437 yd/400 m) in Anemone (A), Banana Legs (B), Wildcard (C), Envy (D), Bubble (E), Deep End (F), and Ink (G).
