Alternating blocks made by simple knit and purl stitches make a stylish scarf that looks the same on both sides. Marcia, the designer, knit two of these in a short amount of time for two different graduates from the orphanages in Kazakhstan; one for Koblan and another for Akzhol. These two boys will be warm and handsome in their new scarves.
