Timothy Leary (yes, that one) once said about goddaughter Winona Ryder that onscreen “she stands out like a polar bear on black velvet.” If you make and wear this dramatic triangular shawl, you will stand out the same way-- or, perhaps, like a zebra on a golf course. This is a very cool design, easy and fast and unusual in a very generous gauge, and allows for great fun in combining colourways. The original design called for the regular Thick N Thin and its glitter version; the latter is no longer around, but you can use the Mohair Thick N Thin for even more texture and luxury.
