The shawl is a fairly easy pattern to knit but I did rate it as advanced beginner because of the cables. It looks exactly the same on both sides! You can make it shorter or longer if you wish. It measures about 16.5” wide & 52” long. This pattern does require counting stitches & paying attention to what you are doing so it’s probably not a great movie watching pattern! LOL
