Rhea Top
Welcome to the RHEA TOP CROCHET PATTERN,
Rhea means “the flow” or “the flowing stream”
She embodies the simple yet elegant every-day piece that completes your wardrobe.
The I-cord border and strap creates a beautiful finish that gives your top an elevated look.
Skill Level:
Intermediate ( Body is beginner friendly, the Icord border is more advanced!)
Materials:
Choose your yarn and hook size by your liking, recommended is a weight 1/2/3 yarn with corresponding hook.
(e.g I used 225 g (540m/ 590 yds) in total. - Friends “Cotton Silk” from Hobbii (weight 3) and a 5 mm hook )
Ease:
Rhea is designed to have 0 to negative ease, but the given formula in the pattern allows you to choose the ease you want!
Design:
Rhea is worked bottom up in the round, the decrease parts for your front and back parts are worked separately.
You’ll finish with a beautiful crocheted I-Cord that elevates the look of the top!
( For beginners who are overwhelmed with the Icord, another option is given)
Pattern:
The pattern includes 33 pages written instruction, countless photos and several video tutorials to guide you through the process.
An additional pdf gives advanced crocheters the possibility to work a tighter back panel.
Another “TESTER GALLERY” pdf shows all testers with their Rhea, information about their work and chosen materials to give you inspiration for your own Rhea
For all upcoming questions I’m happy to help anytime!
Happy crocheting!
