Rhody Love Hat is a cozy knitted hat named for the lovely little state of Rhode Island. It gets chilly in the autumn in New England and stays cold until springtime. Whether you are exploring Providence in October or walking on one of the many beautiful beaches in the ocean state in early spring, wearing knitwear is definitely needed in Rhode Island. The designer (me) and my collaboration partner, indie yarn dyer (Jill) live, work and create in Rhode Island.
Rhody Love Hat can be made in any 2 colorways. Try contrasting colors for exciting pops of color, or mix your favorite two colors for fun stripes. This hat is the perfect accessory as we head into fall!

Pattern Information
Knit in the round on circular needles (with 16” circulars, longer magic loop or double pointed).

Yarn & Supplies
2 Skeins (approx 240 yards each) of DK weight yarn - in contrasting colors, or whatever colors you like. You won’t need as much for the contrasting color. Pattern samples made in Jilly and Kiddles Ideal DK in Sassy Pants (pink color) and Warm Mist (light gray) or Easy Breezy (green color) and Warm Mist (light gray color).

Size US 5 /3.75 mm 16” circular and dpns or 24” circular for magic loop
