This is a crochet pattern for an adult sized cowl. The piece is crocheted in the round. The design includes only two colors, and works up quickly since the pattern uses worsted weight yarn. It features a post stitch ribbing and an easy to memorize pattern repeat that uses only a few types of stitches. The finished item will fit adults and older children. The patterns for a matching cowl and wristers are available in my shop!

Sizing:
The finished size should be approximately 16.5” wide (33” around) by 10” tall.

Gauge:
12.5 sts and 14 rows = 4 inches in single crochet (with I/9 hook).

Materials:

  • One skein of Red Heart With Love in Color A (example is shown in Boysenberry, if substituting yarn you will need 191 yards of worsted weight (CYC-4) yarn)
  • One skein of Red Heart With Love in Color B (example is shown in Tan, if substituting yarn you will need 96 yards of worsted weight (CYC-4) yarn)
