RIB_LOOP_BEANIE is a classic, rib stitch hat with a wide turn-up.

The beanie is worked in rib stitch from the bottom up. First, stitches are cast on with Italian cast-on, and the hat is then worked in the round in rib stitch. Finally, decreases are worked to form the rounded top of the beanie.
