BASIC CROCHET SOCKS

Thanks to my clever testers, the pattern is updated to a much better version!

Classic unisex basic socks. Men sizes are also available, see the size chart for details.
Normally I work any foot wear, slippers as well as socks, from toe/up.
These socks are made in the same manner as classic knitted socks; top/down, with extension for heel, and gusset for foot shape.
My conclusion is; it is much easier and faster in crochet.

The ribbed crochet-stitch is the same as used for the Ribbed Pullover for Kids.

SIZES:
Small = US 2-4 / EU 34-36
Heel to toe: 7.5’’- 8’’ (19-20 cm)

Medium = US 5-6 / EU 37-38
Heel to toe: 8 1/4’’ - 8 3/4’’ (21-22 cm)

Large= US 7-8/ EU 39-40
Heel to toe: 9’’ - 9.5’’ (23-24 cm)

X Large = US 9-10 / EU 41-42
Heel to toe: 10’’ - 10 1/4’’ (25-26 cm)

XX Large = US 11-12 / EU 43-44
Heel to toe: 10.5’’- 11’’ (27-28 cm)

YARN:
Worsted/4/Medium/10 ply/9 wpi

Amount:
About 100 g-150 g (3.5 -5.5 oz) depending on size.

CROCHET HOOK: EU 5 mm - US H/8
