This classic beanie was made for my friend’s kids. It was specifically created to keep their little ears and heads warm in frigid Montana winters by folding the bottom up for double coverage. But also perfect for brisk fall and spring days that aren’t bitter cold.

You’ll need appx 100-300yds of your favorite worsted weight yarn, size 7 (4.5mm) circular and dpn needles, a stitch marker, and a yarn needle to weave in ends and close up the top.

You will need to know the knit, purl, ssk, vdd, and will need to know how to knit in the round.

The pattern comes in:
Newborn
Baby
Toddler
Child
Small Adult
Large Adult

Permission is granted to sell what you make from the pattern.
