The Ribbed Cable Throw Blanket pattern combines ribbing with extra-chunky cables for the squishiest blanket ever! This blanket is a smaller size, but instructions are included for how to increase the size.

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate/Advanced.

SUGGESTED MATERIALS: 5 balls of Bernat Alize Blanket-EZ Yarn (6.4oz, 180g) (Image shown is the colour ‘Deep Taupe’).

SUGGESTED TOOLS: No needles required (finger knitting). Scissors.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 36” x 46” (91.5 cm x 117 cm.

PLEASE NOTE: This pattern will work with any brand of loop yarn, but keep in mind that the size of the loops, and size of the balls/skeins of each brand is different. )

Alize Puffy can be substituted and the blanket will be the same size, but you will need more skeins of yarn. Lion Brand Off-The-Hook and Red Heart Loop-It yarns can be used with this pattern, but will yield a blanket with smaller overall dimensions. You will also need more balls/skeins to complete the pattern as is.
