The cowl is worked in the round. There is no seaming, which I think is awesome. A video tutorial is provided demonstrating how to work the increase the pattern calls for. The cowl is also reversible. While at Starbucks I dribbled some coffee down my chin onto the cowl. I took the cowl off, turned it inside out, and put it back on. I was good to go. Ta-da!
