Ribbed neck snood
by Erica Sibley
This is a very simple pattern, that makes for a pretty ribbed cosy snood for winter. It is very personalisable due to the ribbing being in blocks that can be removed or added to fit everyone.
It is a one-piece project that doesn’t require sewing, making for a good beginner piece. It took me about 2 hours to finish it, so also making it a good time passer.
Gauge is not important for this pattern, any yarns will work.
materials needed-
- Two skeins of yarn from the same brand ( one 100g skein for your main colour and one other coloured skein at a smaller size as you will only use about 30g’s of it)
- crochet hook ( that fits your yarns requirement )
- darning/ embroidery needle
- sissors
This pattern is hand-written by me in English, and in printable pdf files. I have included photos with tips to make sure you fully understand my steps. Along with the pattern there is an abbreviations page with all the terminology I use and all the stitches you will be using.
