Please note that the yarn (Baby Bee-Baby Lou Lou) used for the blanket in this pattern has been discontinued. This yarn may be substituted for any other Light 3 (DK) weight yarn that calls for a US I/9 (5.5mm) hook. Suggested substitute: King Cole Embrace in Silver (2234) (make sure to test the gauge if you would like the blanket to be approximately the same size as stated in the pattern)

SAFETY NOTE
Make sure all pieces of the lovey are sewn together securely and knotted so that the toy can’t be pulled apart. If you choose to use safety eyes, remember that they should not be used for children under 3 years old since they can be a choking hazard.
