This blanket is made using the corner to corner join as you go technique. If you have never done corner to corner crochet before, I reccommend that you become familiar with the conventional corner to corner crochet technique first.
The blankets have been made in the following sizes:
small blanket: length 68cm /27inches width 57cm / 22.5 inches approx.
large blanket: 142cm /56 inches width 101cm /40 inches approx.
medium size blanket: length 107cm /42 inches width 91cm /36 inches approx. (made using the small blanket chart but using 6x6 block squares and 18x6 block oblongs.)
Each of the blankets has been made in a different DK/8 ply yarn although any yarn could be used with an appropriate size hook.
There are charts which give the order in which to make the squares and oblongs for both right and left handed crocheters.
The pattern gives instructions for 2 different borders.

It has been brought to my notice that one of the charts had two blocks labelled 46 instead of 46 and 47. This has now been changed
