Skill level: Beginner

YOU WILL NEED:

• 200 of Alize Angora Gold* yarn (20% wool, 80% acryclic) 550 m per 100 gr. (1 skein of each color (colors used for the shawl in the photo 4741 and 152),
• 3.5 mm crochet hook (or any other size to match your yarn) ,
• tapestry needle, scissors.

ABBREVIATIONS. PATTERN NOTES

To make the shawl the following crochet skills are required:
• Chain (ch),
• Single crochet (sc).

Video tutorials for:
• Increases and decreases,
• Switching colors.

SIZE

Approximate dimensions of the shawl are 200 cm long and 48 cm in the widest place. You can crochet absolutely any size you desire.
The shawl is crocheted sideways, starting from the side of one corner to the other one.
Thanks to the peculiar technique of “horizontal ribbing” the shawl is elastic, stretches well width-wise comfortably hugging your neck.
The shawl is made in one piece using turning rows.
