Ribbons and Bows is a fun and cosy colour work sock design.
This design is knitted cuff down with a 1x1 rib cuff, an eye of
partridge heel flap and finishes with a short row wedge toe.
Make the design festive and knit them using Christmas red, green, off white, greys and gold or knit them for any time of the year and use pastel tones, bright or neon shades. The design works best with high contrasting colours.

Any fingering weight sock yarn will work for this design. The sample shown is knitted in:
Drops Nord (shades 04 Light grey mix and 14 Red)
45% Alpaca, 25% Wool and 30% Polyamide

Approximate quantities depending on the size of your socks.
UK size 4 - 8 EU 37 - 41 US 6 -10
80g / 270m (295yrds) Main Colour
20g / 70m (75yrds) Contrast Colour

NEEDLES
2.5mm / US 1.5 DPNs or circular needles for magic loop. Use needles of your preference to achieve advised gauge.

SIZE
In this pattern there is a stitch count and colour work chart for 3 sizes;
Small 56sts - circumference 17.5 cm / 6.75”
Medium 64sts - circumference 20 cm / 7.75”
Large 72sts - circumference 22.5 cm / 8.75”
