Skills used: knit, purl, garter stitch (which just means to knit every row), slip 1 with yarn in front, and knit 1 through back loop.

Afghan Size: Approximately 52” L x 44” W -- Size may vary depending on yarn, needle choice, and tension. There are 315 rows and 199 stitches across total.

Yarn: Caron Simply Soft in Autumn Red- Approximately 36 ounces. There are no hard fast rules on yarn choice, with the understanding that different choices affect afghan size and yarn amount. If you prefer a different yarn, go for it!

Needles and Gauge: Size US 7 or size that gives you a 4” square gauge swatch of approximately 18 sts x 24 rows, or gauge desired.
