This pattern is to make a wide scarf with ridges running vertically, achieved through front and back post crochet. The width can be changed by altering the starting ch by multiples of 8 and changing the number of repeats in rows 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8. The length can be altered by changing the number of repeats of rows 7 and 8.

I did this with approximately 300g (~600m) Aran yarn, giving me a 120cm/4ft long scarf.
