This crescent-shaped shawl is all about the feminine, elegant lace that spans the design in two tiers. The lace is anchored with garter stitch stripes to provide plenty of visual interest.

The crisp, shifting lines of this lace motif look equally striking in earthy woolen spun yarn or indie dyed yarn with speckles. The lace is both charted and written.
