Ridgeline layers sections of light and airy fabric with dense and structured ridges to create a uniquely customizable textured cowl. Knit in the round using two needle sizes, Ridgeline is a quick knit and a good project for beginning knitters looking for a little bit of a challenge.

The loftiness of the fabric lends itself nicely to single-ply yarn. The pattern calls for two skeins of fingering weight yarn, but can be easily customized by using a series of miniskeins or a single color.
