Inspired by the curved horns of the buffalo that make their home at Manitoba’s Riding Mountain National Park – this design has a mirrored set of cables that travel up front. The Riding Mountain Hat is perfect for a man-bun or a high ponytail, but also has instructions for a closed top.
Best thing about Buffalo horns is both males and females have them, so this hat is truly unisex!

Designed for the Fleece Artist National Parks, Merino Slim - Riding Mountain. The yarn is held doubled, so you may be able to substitute a single strand of Fleece Artist National Parks, Chinook. Be sure to test gauge before you start, especially if you have decided to use the worsted weight Chinook.
