I first saw a design like this on a commercially made woven blanket and absolutely loved it! The Right Angles Throw captures that same geometric charm in cozy hand-knit form.

Worked in garter stitch with four diagonal panels, this project is simple yet striking. You can seam the sections together after knitting, or — if you’re feeling adventurous — try a join-as-you-go method for a seamless finish.

The finished throw measures approximately 50” × 72” (127 × 183 cm), a perfect size for lounging or as a twin bed cover. The design is easily adjustable — just add or omit rows to create your ideal dimensions.

Skill Level: Confident Beginner

Modern, graphic, and wonderfully relaxing to knit, this throw is a timeless addition to any home.
