Sure as the sun that rises in the east, this is bound to brighten up any wall

The Rising Sun wall hanging was another spontaneous idea, that started off as “I’m going to do broomstick lace on a stick!”

And to be completely honest, we were not too happy with it at first so much so that we made a bet : If anyone selects this pattern, we’ll make another wall hanging next month. we were so sure no one will give it another look, yet here it is, on the cover of the July issue

Additional Materials:
Wooden wall hanging stick: 8”
Jute thread
Broomstick Lace rows require a support to transfer loops to while working. This pattern requires the loops to be 2” , 1” and 3” long at different rows. If you are comfortable with leaving loops hanging, you need not use a support.

A good block, stretch and starch makes a world of difference , not to mention the fringe!!!! You will get your daily dose of your arm workout brushing the fringe!!!!
